How much to charge for gutter cleaning

Measuring gutter length
Gutters run along the eaves, so the gutter length is close to the length of the roof edges that have gutters. On a simple rectangular house with gutters front and back, add the front and back lengths. Satellite views and the property listing can help when you quote before visiting.

Should downspouts be included in the gutter price?
Some owners include them and some charge per downspout. Set the downspout count to 0 if you include them in your per-foot rate.
What if the gutters are badly clogged?
Raise the per-foot rate for that job, or add a note on the quote stating what heavy debris would add.
